Loft After

Converting your loft into an apartment can add a significant amount of value to your property as well as adding useable additional bedrooms and bathrooms for your convenience. B&F Contracts can convert lofts to luxury apartments, childrens bedrooms and even cinema rooms. As long as your loft is a minimum of 8ft (2.4m) in height, B&F Contracts can create a wonderful loft conversion for you.

The loft conversion process begins with the erection of scaffolding followed by the construction of the floor. Insulation is installed and plumbing and electrical work is then scheduled for the lights and plugs. The flooring is then cut for the stairs to be incorporated. Stairs have been built, plasterboard is then set onto the walls. You new loft conversion is then decorated to your specification.

Conservatories are structures that do not usually require planning permission, however if you are planning an unusual style or size conservatory, permission may need top be sought.
